TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL), a part of the $6 Bn TVS Group, is one of India’s largest players in automobile after-market offerings. Formed in 2011, as a subsidiary of TVS & Sons, TVS ASL is uniquely positioned to grow from strength to strength in the automobile industry, leveraging on the synergy between its lines of business.
Influx entered into a contract with TVS to create their website and mobile app to position them as the largest automobile aftermarket service provider in India and the subcontinent by 2017. What TVS wanted us to create was a holistic automobile online supermarket where a user can avail all automobile related services through a single window.
The MyTVS website was developed using the .NET framework with MS-SQL server. We added TVS benefits on the website such as the MyTVS Freedom Benefit Club and a simple 2-step process car repair price-estimator. The content we developed was conversational in tone, easy to read, and SEO-friendly.
The MyTVS app was meant to serve as a single-point solution for users. We built native mobile apps for MyTVS using Swift for iOS and Java for Android, seamlessly integrating all the services provided by MyTVS itself, and with third-parties such as 3M Car Care, JazzMyRide, TVS Insurance, and Autosense.
